Presenter's Information

Only a Powerpoint presentation is allowed (i.e. no acetate slides or overhead sheets). If your presentation has any sound (for instance some movie example) you have to state explicitly. The presentation language is English.

Please note: 
It is not allowed to use your own laptop. There are enough laptops which you can use at the Conference. The laptops are stuffed with Windows operation system. If you are a Mac user please save your presentation in the right way to use it for windows.

All presenters have to bring their presentation on USB Stick directly to the Conference Counter. This should be done well in advance, but AT THE LATEST: 

  • For those who will present after lunch: during the coffee break in the morning
  • For those who will present after lunch: during the coffee break in the morning

Opening times of the Counter:

  • Thursday 10.06.2010:  08.00 - 17.30
  • Friday 11.06.2010: 08.00 - 18.30
  • Saturday 12.06.2010: 07.30 - 18.00
  • Sunday  13.06.2010: 08.00 - 16.30


Please note: you must bring all handouts you need for your presentation yourself

In case of necessity you can use a copier at the counter, but you have to pay yourself (0,30 €).

Each presenter must make him/herself known to the chair who will moderate your session, shortly before the start of the session.
