Information regarding Registration
From today only fax and on site registration possible.
Conference Language
English is the official conference language. On Fri 11 June 2010, some workshops will be translated into German and Italian by conference interpreters. Some workshops will be held in German.
On Sat 12 June and Sun 13 June, all main lectures and a part of the symposia will be interpreted into two languages (German and Italian) simultaneously. Furthermore, several lectures/workshops will be held in German.
Liability and Insurance
Participation in the Conference is entirely at your own risk. The organisers, EMDRIA Deutschland e.V. and the conference office INTERPLAN, cannot be held liable for any damages or losses suffered by participants during the Conference except cases where German law provides otherwise.
Smoking Rules
In accordance with German law, smoking is not permitted at the different Conference venues.
Badges
You will receive your name badge after registering, which also serves as a ticket for admission to the different events. Please wear your name badge visibly during the entire conference.
Tickets for the Conference Party – Lunch Vouchers
You will receive an extra ticket for the conference party, which is to be handed over during admission on Saturday.
You will receive two extra lunch vouchers for the university canteen on Sat and Sun, these must be handed over on-site.
